The Pot Studio

Thank you for shopping with The Pot Studio. We take great care in crafting and packaging every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition — unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thepotstudioin@gmail.com.
In the case of a broken or damaged item, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Without this video, we will be unable to process a refund or replacement.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
- The video must be continuous and unedited from the moment of opening the package.
- It must clearly show the package seal, the item condition, and any visible damage.
- The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
- Gift cards.
- Customised or personalised items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:
- Initiate a return for the original item as described above.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.

9. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
