The Pot Studio

Thank you for shopping with The Pot Studio. We take great care in packing each order so that it reaches you safely. Please read this Shipping Policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned for updates.


2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden shipping fees.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched from our facility in Siliguri, West Bengal, the estimated delivery times are as follows:


  • West Bengal (local): 1–3 business days
  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 5–10 business days


Please note that these are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods, or logistical delays by the courier.


5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier partners to deliver your orders. The courier service assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location and availability of service at your pincode. All our courier partners offer shipment tracking, and your tracking details will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this to monitor the delivery status in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at thepotstudioin@gmail.com.


7. Packaging of Fragile Items

All our products are ceramic and fragile in nature. We take extra care to pack each order securely using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


IMPORTANT: An unboxing video is required to raise a damage claim. Please ensure you record your unboxing from the moment you open the package. Claims raised without an unboxing video cannot be processed.


8. Failed or Missed Delivery

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available at the address, the courier may hold the package at a local facility for a short period before returning it to us.


If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, please contact us at thepotstudioin@gmail.com and we will work with you to find the best resolution. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. The Pot Studio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at thepotstudioin@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed over to the courier.


10. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your shipment appears to be stuck or lost in transit, please contact us at thepotstudioin@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work towards a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your patience during such situations.


11. International Shipping — Coming Soon

We are currently in the process of obtaining the necessary documentation to offer international shipping. We hope to begin shipping globally in the near future.
